What counts as a video view?
A view is counted when a video starts playing in one of your widgets. Widget impressions and poster displays don't count. Your dashboard shows how many views you've used in the current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial, and the Free plan has no time limit. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel from Shopify before then.
What happens if I go over my views?
Nothing gets billed. We email you at 80% of your monthly views. At 100%, widgets stay on your store as posters with product links until your next cycle starts. You can upgrade at any time if you'd rather keep video playing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from the Billing page in your dashboard. Shopify handles proration and shows the change on your Shopify invoice.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans cost the same as 10 months of monthly billing — 2 months free — and are billed once per year through Shopify.
How does billing work, and how do I cancel?
Billing runs through Shopify and appears on your regular Shopify invoice. Downgrade to Free or uninstall from your Shopify admin at any time and billing stops immediately. Uninstalling cancels your subscription automatically.
Can I export my videos and data?
Yes, on every plan, at any time. Download your original videos as MP4 and your product tags and analytics as CSV from the dashboard.
